Group Therapy is a form of psychosocial treatment that is facilitated by a therapist or mental health professional for small groups of women or girls to support each other.
During group sessions, you will learn new skills and have opportunities to practice in the group.

Yoga For Stress and Anxiety
Bring your yoga mat and come join Kelly for a 6 week yoga basic class to help you release stress and anxiety. Soulful Flow Vinyasa is also the term used to describe a specific sequence of poses commonly used throughout a vinyasa class. This is for all fitness level and body sizes welcome. Class size is limited to 15.
Rest & Restore, Restorative Yoga
Rest & Restore yoga with Monique is a slow pace yoga class that allows you to recharge your energy while resting your mind. It’s a deep soulful practice that incorporates meditation, essential oils and yoga.
